I was born and raised in the nearby white sandy beach of Batangas--one of the most exotic and beautiful provinces in the Philippine Island. I am the oldest of eleven siblings. Mom used to make me stayed at home with young ones to babysit, (I was only nine year-old) so she and Dad could watched movies in town theater. The only theater in town during those old days :)) Growing up in a foreign country was not easy for me, but I had so much fun playing down the beach when I was little (much little).
Philippine Island maybe one of the most pleasant places on earth, but it is also known as one of the third world in the nation--poverty and corruption was the main problems of the poor country. Despite of poverty, this country is surrounded by a breathtaking ocean with blue-crystal clear warm water. Lovely places like these are well-known for scuba diving in this country. Rich in historical places, lush vegetation, and white sand beaches. Ahh, the fresh sea breeze will kiss your sensitive skin and tend to bring you peace of mind as it delivers tranquility throughout your body. Tall coconut trees, palm, mangoes and bamboo trees are very common to see around the island. These are one of the "fine facts" that inspired me to give my first book a title after it--"The Enchanted Island." You will surely find this book so entertaining. If you don't mind, may I suggest--the next time you travel, or headed to the beach to relax, please take these two books with you----
